This special experience includes: Gentle, heart-opening yoga to awaken your inner radiance Guided journaling + restorative stillness A deeply restful Yoga Nidra in the salt room (legs up the wall!) A closing salt bowl ritual where we’ll each contribute something that reminds us of the sun, and take a scoop of communal salt home as a symbol of what we’re carrying forward.
